Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We have 20+ quality inspectors with 10-year+ working experience. All our products will be put in 28 tests before delivery, including cycle life, conversion efficiency, short-circuit protection, and material flame retardance. Finished products have to pass the specialized aging tests more than 3 times before delivery. All our products have a warranty period of 24 months.
